If you are one of the people who seriously want to master the martial art of Ninjutsu which is specifically called the Ninja’s ninpo-taijutsu. It is a method of self-defense which is unarmed. You can see your legs as two limbs. It is very much true if you are using your legs as weapons or for some general movement skills. More proficiency you will get with using your legs the more options and overall mastery you will get.
To get Ninja mastery when you are making a study of legs as effective tool, try to look on the different parts rather than limbs and some striking surfaces. Don’t see it as two general limbs, try to see that there are actually 14 parts distributed 7 on each side. These are the list of such parts: 1) Thighs 2) Knees 3) Shins 4) Back of heels 5) Bottom of heals 6) Ball of foot and 7) Toes. This each part you can make use to create both options in striking and levering against an opponent. It will also add to overall refinement of movement.
One thing you should remember that the true Ninja means mastery is in details. If you really want to become Ninja then you should have mastery as well!
